Summary: We offer a 30-day guarantee only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly not as described. We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through standtrue.com (the "Site") operated by StandTrue ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived physically damaged (broken, torn, or structurally compromised)
  • The item is defective and does not function as described or intended
  • The item is significantly not as described — materially different from the product listing in terms of type, colour, or specification

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Ordering the incorrect size — please consult the size guide before purchasing
  • The item has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Discomfort or personal preference after use
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery

4. How to Submit a Return Request

To initiate an eligible return, follow these steps:

  1. Email standtruewear@outlook.com with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
  2. Include clear photographs or video demonstrating the damage, defect, or discrepancy
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
  4. If your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  5. Ship the item back in its original or equivalent packaging

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at standtruewear@outlook.com immediately. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will prioritise your case and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
