Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping (Free)

• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch
• Free on all US orders — no minimum purchase required
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions
• We currently ship to US addresses only — international shipping is not available at this time

Note: Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's facility. Actual carrier and tracking system will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website or a third-party tracking tool such as 17track.net.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your shipment details.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours or your building's mail area.

If you still cannot locate your order, contact us at standtruewear@outlook.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at standtruewear@outlook.com — we will try to correct it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
