Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day guarantee only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly not as described. We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Eligible reasons for a return:

  • Item arrived physically damaged
  • Item is defective or does not function as intended
  • Item is significantly different from what was described or pictured

Not eligible for returns:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Returns requested after 30 days of delivery

How to start an eligible return:

  1. Email standtruewear@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue
  2. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day
  3. If approved, we'll send a prepaid return label
  4. Refund issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately. Email us at standtruewear@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you within 1–2 business days.
